A iluminação predominante é a luz natural graças às longas vidraças. Aos 280 m² do rés-do-chão, acrescentou-se uma área no subsolo através de escavação, constituindo assim uma sala nobre reservada, onde se destaca o teto abobado em tijolo artesanal. Foi em tempos a melhor marisqueira de Sines, e hoje é um espaço fantástico destinado a restauração, licenciado para sentar 196 pessoas e acomodar mais 14 ao balcão, disponível para venda. A landmark on the Alentejo coast, this is a covered dock sold by Infraestruturas de Portugal in 2006, inaugurated in 2009, and is the culmination of a project that transformed the old goods warehouse of Sines Station into an emblematic restaurant space. The project maintained the original design and some of the original materials - combining wood, stone, and iron - doing justice to the history of the place. The gates and roof are faithful replicas of the originals, and all the metalwork is a work of art. The main space is located on the ground floor, joined by a terrace - an extension of the wide eaves of the old warehouse - and a mezzanine that allows a superb view of all the splendor of the restaurant. The predominant lighting is natural light thanks to the long windows. To the 280 m² of the ground floor, an area in the basement was added through excavation, thus constituting a private noble room, where the vaulted ceiling in handmade brick stands out. It was once the best seafood restaurant in Sines, and today it´s a fantastic space dedicated to a restaurant, licensed to seat 196 people and accommodate an additional 14 at the bar, available for sale.
